Community Hospice

  • Offers bereavement services: caregiver support, crisis grief assistance for organizations and schools, community resources, educational workshops, family/individual grief support, grief support groups, mailings on grief-related topics, resource library, telephone support
  • Grief Support Groups are facilitated by trained hospice staff members and volunteers. They are: Bereaved Parent Support; Caregiver Support; Children/Teen Groups; General Grief Support; Infant Loss Support; Loss of Spouse Support; Pet Loss Support; Sudden Loss Support
  • Camp Erin Modesto: A free Bereavement Camp for children and teens ages 6-17 who have experienced the death of someone close to them.

Juvenile Justice Youth Leadership Center

  • Provides mental health and alcohol and drug services to youth in juvenile hall and to the youth in the community who are on probation
  • Their mission is to keep youth with their families, reduce the rate at which youth re-offend, and promote personal family integrity
